All fittings and furnishing are done to high specs respecting the type of the building itself. There are 3 bedrooms in total each with access to one bathroom, which makes sharing this apartment comfortable even for adults, coupes and professionals. Guest access You will have your own lockable bedroom with an own private bathroom. The entrance goes via a shared hallway and kitchen/dining area. You can also use any of the utilities like washer/dryer, and if you fancy a bath you are also welcome to use our bigger bathroom next to the kitchen. Other things to note The apartment itself is on 5th floor and has 3 bedrooms. Situated on a well connected junction Ohrada / Zizkov / Praha 3 with 6 tram lines and 5 bus lines in front of the building. A large beergarden literally opposite and also a park (Vitkov) with panoramic views for jogging or just chilling. The downtown is around 10-15min bus ride away. Security deposit for stays more than 4 months is equal to 1 monthly rent. We provide compulsory cleaning every two weeks in all our properties, which is already included in the price. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
