Description

A private en-suite bedroom with an attached lounge suite in a historical apartment in Prague 3. This room has a private bathroom with a standalone bathtub in the bedroom, and also a private balcony. The apartment has been fully refurbished to a high standard in 2020. The downtown is about 10min bus ride away from a bus stop in front of the house. We're located on 5th floor with a lift, which makes the room fairly quiet too. The space All fittings and furnishing are done to high specs respecting the type of the building itself. There are 3 bedrooms in total each with access to one bathroom, which makes sharing this apartment comfortable even for adults, coupes and professionals. Guest access You will have your own lockable bedroom. The entrance goes via a shared hallway and kitchen/dining area. You can also use any of the utilities like washer/dryer. And there is a big bathroom with both shower and bath tub, which is shared with me only (if i am at home). Security deposit for stays more than 4 months is equal to 1 monthly rent. We provide compulsory cleaning every two weeks in all our properties, which is already included in the price. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
