Modern fully equipped kitchen with induction plates, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, a table with 2 foot stools. From the kitchen you can go to the balcony/storage. From the living room there is an aisle with a closet with the safe, and it leads you to the bedroom and to the bathroom. The large bedroom is very modern as well, it has a double bed with container, a huge wardrobe and two windows facing the quiet inner courtyard. The modern bathroom has a large shower, the bidet and a door-window leading you to the balcony/storage connected to the kitchen. Mosquito nets in all the windows. High speed internet connection, floor heating and AC. All the equipments will be brand-new and you could be the first renter! 😉 Security deposit of € 1700. Corso Sempione is just a few meters far and leads you to Arco della Pace with 15 minutes walk, in the largest and most beautiful park in Milan, with the popular Castle of Milan, Castello Sforzesco. The area is very good connected by all the main public transports, so you can very easily reach any side of the city. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, parks, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance.
