Given the south-east exposure of Villa A&F, you will enjoy sunny mornings and pleasant afternoons while the interior spaces stay cool given the massive structure of the house. With the high-quality gas barbecue, you can enjoy a relaxed evening enjoying a tasty barbecue dinner. You can safely park your car in the single garage, which includes an electrical garage door. The two-story villa is a vacation residence ideally suited for up to seven adults. If this is not sufficient, there are two additional sleeping areas that can be used, thanks to a pull-out bed (2 x 0.8 m) and the sleeping function of the living landscape (2 x 1.6 m). The ground floor hosts a toilet, a spacious Mediterranean style living area equipped with a large living landscape, smart TV including UK television channels, and glass fibre-based Wi-Fi spanning the entire villa. The dining area in the gazebo offers spectacular 270-degree views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps, while the adjoining kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The first-floor hosts two completely redesigned bedrooms, each benefiting from both sea and mountain views. In addition, both rooms are equipped with high-quality King-sized box spring beds. The comfortable studio has a fireplace and direct access to the Mediterranean garden and includes a King-sized bed as well as another bed that can be extended to up to two sleeping berths.
