In wenigen Schritten ist man von dort im Zentrum von Ottensen mit allen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs, dem Mercado und hübschen Boutiquen. Viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars gibt es dort für jeden Geschmack. Ebenso leicht erreicht man das Elbufer mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Hamburger Hafen. Zum Bahnhof Altona mit Anschluss an S-Bahnen und Fernzüge gelangt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Dort erreicht man auch viele Busse, die in alle Richtungen der Stadt fahren.
