Renovated apartment with equipped kitchen, living room, and terrace. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a desk that can serve as office room (if prefered 2nd bed can be removed). The first bedroom has a double king-size bed, 2nd has a standard double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet, with a beautiful sink. The bottom floor is a TV room/ living with 2 sofa beds, and there is a laundry room (washing machine+dryer; also a big freezer). Fast WiFi and smart TV with Netflix are available. Located in the trendy South, in the middle of the best restaurants of Antwerp, cozy bars and (alternative) shopping streets (Kloosterstraat: is has clothes and antique stores), but still very calm. No noise in the first bedroom since it's in the back of the building, the 2nd is at street side so sometimes in the weekends it can be a bit noisy for light sleepers. Trams, busses and bikes are close by and the highway is easily accessible from the apartment (+- 5 min drive till the highway). And it is beautifully decorated by a well-known Belgian interior architect. The apartment is a 5 min walk from the Museum of Fine arts and from a park, next to the park there is also a possibility for underground parking, but if you like you can also street park as this street it is still allowed for non-habitants. There are many options for supermarkets: the closest is in the street behind the apartment (Carrefour Express), and there is also a Delhaize and a Bio Market (The Barn) on a 5 min walk. Nearby is also an Albert Hein (by tram 3 min) and a Carrefour Market....
