Unterkunft mit Weitblick! Die Wohnung: Die ruhige und helle Dachgeschoßwohnung aufgeteilt auf zwei Geschoßen inkl. Dachterrasse, die sowohl Morgen- als auch Abendsonne bietet, liegt in Reichweite der Donau und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Pöstlingberg. Die loftartige Raumaufteilung bietet ein großartiges Wohngefühl, mit gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsküche und herrlicher Dachterrasse mit Blick über den Dächern des Villenviertels von Linz. Die Wohnung wurde stilgemäß im schlichten weiß eingerichtet und bietet von einer voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche, Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine über ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, wie einem getrennten WC alles für ein sowohl Privates als auch gesellschaftliches WG-Leben. Zur Technik: Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über mittels Raumthermostat steuerbarer Zentralheizung. Die Wohnungseingangstüre wurde mit einem elektronischen Türschloss ausgestattet, welches eine Tür-Öffnung und Verriegelung mittels Smartphones ermöglicht. Mittels zentralen WLAN-Router verfügt die gesamte WG eine superschnelle Internetverbindung. Dein Zimmer: Das ca. 12m2 große Einzelzimmer bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Pöstlingberg. Es ist sowohl voll möbliert für den sofortigen Einzug. Das abschließbare Privatzimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch inkl. Rollsessel und 140/200 großen Bett mit einer bequemen Taschenfederkern-Matratze und Stauraum ausgestattet. Somit bietet das Zimmer den perfekten Raum für Schlaf und Studium bzw. Home-office. Zur Lage: Umgebung In nur wenigen Gehminuten vom Wohngebäude befindet sich eine Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung zur Universität (JKU/Meduni) und der Innenstadt. Die Haubtuniversitäten sind somit mittels öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels in 15-30min erreichbar. Sport und Freizeit Mit Blick auf das Donaugelände ist auch der Weg zum Naherholungsgebiet für Sport und Entspannung innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Shopping- und Entertainment Center LentiaCity mit zahlreichen Shops, Bars und Food Corner ist ebenfalls in weniger als 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken Vor dem Wohngebäude befinden sich einige gebührenfreie Parkplätze. Optional kann auch ein PKW-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage des Wohngebäudes angemietet werden. WG-Leben Spaß und Studium/Arbeit im ausgewogenen Verhältnis ist die Devise! Gerne mal Party und Grillabend auf der Dachterrasse aber auch Entspannung und Sauberkeit sind unsere Hausregeln.
