If you feel like sitting back and relaxing, the living room offers a 40" Smart-TV with cable and NETFLIX access for your enjoyment. Free high-speed WIFI guarantees smooth playback in HD and a great overall internet experience during your stay. There are many excellent bars and restaurants close-by, but if you prefer dining in the comfort of your own home, you also have a fully equipped kitchen to complement your stay. This includes cooking pots, a dishwasher and a NespressoTM️ coffee machine. The fully-tiled and large bathroom comprises a walk-in shower. Additionally, you will find beautiful soft towels in three different sizes and a hair dryer. Also our large wardrobe ensures enough room for your clothes, whether it is for the ones you brought with you, or the fresh new ones you’ve just spoiled yourself with. We also provide a flat iron together with an ironing board. The sofa in the living room can easily be turned into a comfortable bed if needed. It has a slatted frame and a continuous mattress without a fold in the middle. Guests who are traveling by car, can use one of the numerous garages that are close-by. - City center reachable within 10min Subway in front of the door - U3 (orange line) takes you to city center within 3 stops - Bus in front of the door (takes you to the stadium and the famous Prater/Lusthaus) - Tram in 700m (takes you to main train station HBF) This fully-furnished apartment is located in the midst of Landstrasse, also known as the third district. All the relevant sights are easy to reach, the well known shopping street "Landstrasse" right around the corner and many historic monuments and restaurants/bars are just a stone’s throw away. Additionally you will be delighted by the excellent public transport links. The U3 (orange line) stops just in front of your doorstep and takes you directly to city center within three stops. The bus 77A departs also in fron of your door and takes you the stadium and the famous Prater/Lusthaus. And the tram line 18 is just a few walking minutes away and takes you to Hauptbahnhof - Vienna's Main Train Station. A supermarket is right in front of your door. We are convinced that our carefully picked apartment will leave nothing to be desired and set a new standard for your (hidden)periences.
