You can get to Seville town in 15min walking and also there are bus, rental bikes and skateboards just downstairs. The metro station is 10min walking from the apartament. It is fully furnished with new and modern decoration. The flat is so lighted and has nice views! It is such an opportunity to live in a great location, surrounded by supermarkets, local shops and famous restaurants and bars. The owner is interested in renting the flat ONLY TO ERASMUS STUDENTS, from September 2022 till February 2023....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
