Hi there! I am renting a single room 3 minutes walking distance to Polytechnic. The flat is at 180 meters from the Polytechnic of Turin entrance. It is located in the most exclusive neighbourhood of Turin (Crocetta). It has just been renovated and has been fully refurnished (May 2022). Within 100 meters there are 4 different bus/tram stops to get around town and to the old city centre. There are two single rooms and a double room in the flat. All of them are very large (17/19m2). All of them have king or queen size beds (even the double has two queen size beds). The flat forniture is all modern and smart. The bills (council taxes, water, electricity, gas, heating) are going to be split between the tenants and depend how good you guys are with energy consumption. We predict 90€ a month with a "check" every two months of what is the overall bill balance. These should be all the costs. We can arrange for a cleaner to come every now and then, but that is extra and upon request. One single room will be available from October 2023. Another room will be available from January 2024.
