The room size available is more or less 13 square meters. In total there are 3 bathrooms and each room has its own bathroom. We are looking for a girl or boy who is clean and responsible. The property is 30 meters from the Opañel metro. Note: Extra guests are not allowed to stay overnight or at parties. -Cleaning of common areas is not included. The available room is semi-basement. We only accept students with UNIVERSITY DOCUMENTS. The flat has electric heating and fans. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
