Upon entering, on one side you will find the comfortable and bright living room with access to the balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen is located on the other side of the entrance door, it is fully equipped with the utensils you will need from your arrival such as ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, etc.. A separate laundry area houses the washer/dryer. The bedroom has a double bed, closet and direct access to the bathroom with shower. The apartment has heating and wifi. The location is perfect, in the Villa de Gracia, which is one of the neighborhoods with more personality in Barcelona. The apartment is located in Sant Pere Martir street. At 6 minutes walking distance we find the nearest station Gràcia which is very well connected with subway and train lines (L6/L7/S7/S1/S2/S5/S6); and 2 minutes from the main square of the neighborhood where people gather in bars, restaurants and stores around the famous Clock Tower of the nineteenth century.
