The common areas are cleaned several times a month. Small court for barbecue or sunbathing. Quiet neighborhood and house, bus stop at 200m, 10min walk to the center, 30min bus ride to Sart-Tilman, 15min walk to the place du XX Août, shops, restaurant, laundry nearby.
