Ideal for those working or studying near San Pietro Hospital, and also convenient for Sant'Andrea Hospital. This residence is exclusively for women. We accept only students and professionals with certified documentation of work or study in Rome, to be submitted during the platform communication stage. ❗ Booking Procedure ❗: Administrative Fee Payment: - Must be paid through the platform upon request. - Covers all management costs for our clients. Standard Management Fee: - Covers pre-arrival and post-checkout services: assisted check-in, keys handover, contract registration, assistance during the stay, and assisted check-out. - Payable in cash or by bank transfer during check-in. - Separate from HousingAnywhere fees. Advance Payment for July or August: - If the booking includes July or August, payment for one of these months is required in advance via the platform. Payments (Deposit, Administrative Fee, and July/August Fee): - Must be completed through the platform within 7 days of booking confirmation. - Penalty applies for cancellations. Non-Refundable August Fee: - The August fee is non-refundable in case of early check-out. Tax Code (Codice Fiscale): - Must be requested and presented as soon as possible; failure to provide it may result in booking cancellation. - Instructions for obtaining the tax code will be provided with the contract. Additional Information: - Linens, blankets, duvets, pillows, and towels are not provided. - Apartments are as shown in photos or videos; no changes to furniture or layout are allowed. - When utilities are not included, costs depend on consumption; the final bill will be sent to the apartment. - Monthly contracts apply to all listings; full rent is due for the entire month, regardless of move-in/move-out dates (e.g., moving in on August 28 requires a full month's rent).
