Busse und U-bahn vor dem Haus. mindestaufenthal 6 monate , kaution 500 euro ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ i offer a Big quiet sunny room with modern furniture to rent for a female in a beautiful old house. in the flat i rent out another room and myself lives in parts of the flat too. you can use your own little sunny balcony. the flat is centrally located in the 3rd district of vienna . the location is quiet and safe. really centrally located , underground station and public transport closely availible minimum stay 6 or 12 month deposit 500 euro for 6 months...
