Please note that the building is not soundproofed, so some noise might me heard. → Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, desk and air conditioner. → Bathrooms The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a social toilet with washing machine (no shower). → Living Room The living room has a flat screen TV, an inviting sofa bed, and A/C. → Kitchen The kitchen has access to the balcony and it's fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included). → Parking One free parking place in the garage.
