Das Zimmer: - voll möbliert - ca. 15 qm - Minikühlschrank im Zimmer! - Hauseigener Waschsalon - Kellerabteil - eigene Garderobe im Zimmer - Einbauschrank in dem Zimmer ist nicht zur Eigennutzung - wunderschöner Ausblick in den Garten - 800 Euro Kaution (in bar bei Einzug zu zahlen) Die Umgebung: - Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und alles was man zum täglichen Leben so braucht - U-Bahn-Station U1 bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, auch sonstige Verkehrsmittel wie Straßenbahnen in unmittelbarer Umgebung - Die Parkanlage des Schoß Belvedere, wird von uns gerne zu Joggen und Erholen genutzt Wir freuen uns auf eure Anfragen und geben gerne Auskunft falls Ihr noch weitere Fragen habt!...
