Jedes Zimmer hat eine gasbetriebene Heizung, jedoch ist das Heizen selten notwendig (sehr gute Isolierung). Möglichkeit für Satelliten-TV, Internet und WLAN+TV (UPC) sind inkludiert. Unmittelbar um die Ecke (2 min) gibt es, um nur einige wichtige Destinationen zu nennen: "Billa", "Lidl", 2 Bäckereien, Frisör, "Bipa"; "Merkur" ist 2 Querstraßen weiter, "Hofer" ist 2 Autominuten entfernt. Lage Wohnung liegt nahe dem Hanusch Krankenhaus. Straßenbahn Linie 49 um die Ecke 1 Min.(Richtung Westbhf.) und 5 Min bis zur direkten Ausstiegsstelle der U3 (Stat.Hütteldorferstr.). Tagsüber dauert es ca. 10-12 min bis Westbahnhof von der Haustür weg, bis Zentrum ca.5 min länger. Straßenbahn Linie 52 ca. 5 Gehminuten...
