Located 10 minutes walk from Madalena Beach and a quick drive to the main tourist attractions in Porto, LAUGH OFTEN ☀ Beach Guest Home is a complete, modern and quiet guest house with 3 bedrooms and shared swimming pool. You can relax, have fun and sunbathe while enjoying a friendly atmosphere around the swimming pool. Pick and enjoy the oranges, mandarins, figs, persimmons, plums, olives and lemons available on the property during the season! Good to Know: - Ongoing construction and renovation works in the vicinity. → Building The home is located in a condominium with shared swimming pool (closed until May 1st). It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience some relaxing days close to the beach. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has a skylight with a velux window and shutters, both open manually. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a skylight with a manually opening window. → Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, an inviting sofa and a dining table for 6 people. Several skylights illuminate the space, one of which has an electrically opening velux window (that closes automatically in case of rain). → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, kettle and manual coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib, Bath and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → The swimming pool is seasonal and its open from April 15th till October 15th. → The swimming pool only allows children with an adult supervised. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → Smoking is not allowed inside our apartments. An additional fee will be charged if the rule is broken. → The use of the pool and common areas is exclusive for guests registered in the reservation. Otherwise, a value of €50 will be charged for each additional guest. → For safety reasons, the use of matches and candles are prohibited in our flats. → Upon your departure and when you are outside the accommodation unit, please turn off the AC equipment - heating and lamps. It's time to save energy, we count on you! → The air conditioning units should not be set to temperatures above 20oC, and we advise against turning them all on simultaneously if you plan to use the water heater or stove. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
