The apartment is located just 10 minutes from Utrecht Central station and only 5 minutes from Utrecht Zuilen. If a car is your mode of transport, you’ll be pleased with the included free parking and highway access just 10 minutes away. As you enter Tranquility Apartment on the ground floor, you'll step into an open living area (35m2). On your right hand side you find the lounge area and on the left side the dining area. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with luxury new appliances, including induction cooktop, (steam) oven, dishwasher, a separate freezer and fridge. Show off your cooking skills to your guests who can enjoy a seat at the kitchen bar, or relax on the garden sofa after a hard day’s work. Throughout the day you can enjoy the sun in the garden or find shade depending on the time of day. You can enter the garden from the dining area via French door or create the feeling of an even bigger living space. On the back side of the apartment you'll find the bedroom (15m2) with a nice 160*200 bed and comes with a large closet. From the bedroom you can also enter the garden through a giant sliding door. There is space left to place a work desk. In your spare time you can take a 5min walk to ‘Juliana Park’ where people come to meet, picknick, jog or find their spirit animal in the petting zoo. Or you can just hop on a bicycle, bus or train and have a drink in the City Center or the close by local brewery ‘Brouwerij de Leckere’. The whole apartment has a great feeling of peace and quiet and I really enjoyed being there while making it a great place to live. Practical: The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and has all the basic equipment you need. In the hallway you’ll have a storage space equipped with cleaning supplies and a vacuum, in the bedroom you have an iron with board. On the north side is lounge area, in the center you have the bathroom, kitchen and dining area and on the south side you have the bedroom and garden. You will have your own Wifi access point and cable Internet (300mbs), a smart TV with general apps like Netflix, YouTube, Amazone Prime and more. Basically, it's a new house;). The goal was to make it a quality home for myself and two tenants. So this started as a personal project to live in myself and later changed to a full rental house.
