Apartment in a very quiet and booming area, well connected by transportation and convenient to the city center, equipped with a comfortable rollaway bed with built-in sofa, fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. The up-and-coming neighborhood is famous for its many international restaurants, pizzerias and chic music venues. There are numerous supermarkets and basic necessities nearby; the nearest public transportation within 500m radius are bus and streetcar lines 2, 47, 98, 325, 351. NO LIFT IMPORTANT NOTES !!! We always provide a regular transitional lease. In order to provide our guests with a regular rental contract, we ask you to send us a copy of your passport, details of your residential address and the tax code of the person who is the holder of the contract and who will sign the contract. According to Italian law, we have to register rental contracts that provide for a period of stay of 29 nights or more. Rent registration has a cost equal to 1% of the total amount of the rent (without taking into account the amount of expenses - condominium expenses, gas, electricity, internet) plus revenue stamps, for a minimum of € 50.00 per contract. This cost is to be paid only once. The cost of the contract varies depending on the length of stay. Gas and electricity are included in the monthly price up to € 50 /month. The tenant must comply with the rules of garbage collection, which we will explain during check-in, and is required to respect the rules of silence by avoiding noise and shouting between 11 pm and 8 am. LATE CHECK-IN: between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. surcharge of €30.00+VAT, from 10:00 p.m. to midnight surcharge of €50.00+VAT, after midnight surcharge of €60.00+VAT...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
