We always provide a regular transitional lease. In order to provide our guests with a regular rental contract, we ask you to send us a copy of your passport, details of your residential address and the tax code of the person who is the holder of the contract and who will sign the contract. According to Italian law, we have to register rental contracts that provide for a period of stay of 29 nights or more. Rent registration has a cost equal to 1% of the total amount of the rent (without taking into account the amount of expenses - condominium expenses, gas, electricity, internet) plus revenue stamps, for a minimum of € 50.00 per contract. This cost is to be paid only once. The cost of the contract varies depending on the length of stay. Gas and electricity are included in the monthly price up to € 50 /month. The tenant must comply with the rules of garbage collection, which we will explain during check-in, and is required to respect the rules of silence by avoiding noise and shouting between 11 pm and 8 am.
