Rent registration has a cost equal to 1% of the total amount of the rent (without taking into account the amount of expenses - condominium expenses, gas, electricity, internet) plus revenue stamps, for a minimum of € 50.00 per contract. This cost is to be paid only once. The cost of the contract varies depending on the length of stay. Gas and electricity are included in the monthly price up to € 50 /month. The tenant must comply with the rules of garbage collection, which we will explain during check-in, and is required to respect the rules of silence by avoiding noise and shouting between 11 pm and 8 am.
