The flat consists of an entrance hall, a living room with an open kitchen and a pull-out sofa. There is also a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the condominium interior. Located in a quiet and residential location, a few hundred metres from the IED University and the M3 metro stop (Corvetto, Lodi TIBB) also served by bus 65 and 95. Additional information: - linen (towels and sheets) won't be provided - required documents: passport, residential address, tax code, residence permit if the tenant is not from the European Union - in the absence of the mentioned documents, € 42 per month tourist tax will be charged per person - the fee for the last cleaning will be deducted from the deposit and the amount - starting from € 50 - will be calculated based on the size of the accommodation and the cleaning condition...

If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
