The apartment is perfectly located. A lot of cafes, restaurants and galleries are in the area. The stops Rosenthaler Platz (U8) as well as Oranienburger Strasse (S1, S2, S25, S26) are both within 3 minutes walking distance. The rental period should be at least 3 months. However, we are also happy to rent the apartment for a longer period. For renting this apartment its necessary to have a home content insurance(Hausratversicherung) and an agreement between the tenant and landlord.
