As we work with a semestrial contract and a minimum length of stay of 5 months, the reservations can begin at the latest on the 1st of September for the period until the end of January or on the first of February for the period until the end of June. If you are planning to stay until these end dates, the start date is flexible, as long as the period is longer than 5 months. Cozy bedroom in Prague! The property is bright and beautiful. This amazing apartment features a cosy balcony, nice furniture , a fully equipped kitchen to cook comfortably, simply put, a lovely long-term stay! In the room you'll find a comfortable bed so you will have all the space you need, and you'll have the freedom of putting your own personal touch to it! If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit. Guests policies: Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice. For an overnight guest, simply let us know in advance, at least 2-3 days. The price is 500 czk / night/person (for the moment, can change based on the economic situation). For overnight guests, there is usually one person accepted for a maximum 5 nights. This rule is not negotiable. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
