This amazing apartment features a cosy balcony, nice furniture , a fully equipped kitchen to cook comfortably, simply put, a lovely long-term stay! In the room you'll find a comfortable bed so you will have all the space you need, and you'll have the freedom of putting your own personal touch to it! If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit. Guests policies: Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice. For an overnight guest, simply let us know in advance, at least 2-3 days. The price is 500 czk / night/person (for the moment, can change based on the economic situation). For overnight guests, there is usually one person accepted for a maximum 5 nights. This rule is not negotiable. Price for the use of the washing machine is 100 CZK per washing, and detergents are included in the price.
