It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, air conditioning, free broadband, and WiFi internet access. The apartment is in a modern building on the 1st floor with elevator access. It is also very suitable for the physically disabled, as it has direct access to the elevator without stairs. The ground floor houses the grocery store and two cafes, in the near is also the bus station with bus lines 2, 9, 11, 22, and 25 and a free city bicycle station. GENERAL CONDITION OF RESIDENCE AND RESERVATION The costs include heating, electricity, gas, water, and internet. The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and includes a kitchen fully equipped with appliances, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. We are a family business – lessors are alternately all family members; the manager is always Karin Košak. For your security, you can get contacts of former tenants. 2. All tenants get contracts in English and explained the major necessary steps for the necessary registration at Upravna enota Ljubljana. 3. When the tenant pays a security deposit of one month's rent or EUR 200/per person via bank the contract is valid. 4. Rent is paid to a bank account in advance till the 5th of the month. 5. Security deposit is paid back to the tenant at the end. When enrolling, the tenant is obliged to inspect the apartment, equipment, and all devices - including all electrical and household appliances and air conditioners. 6. The costs include everything – maintenance, heating, electricity, gas, water, and internet. 7. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils. 8. The rent price also includes one set of linen and towels per person. 9. There is a place for bicycles in the cellar. 10. The lessor is not responsible for damage and injuries because of improper use of the apartment and equipment by the lessee(s). Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
