The space The house is designed and furnished up to the highest standards and has absolutely everything you need to have a great holiday with your loved ones. It is professionally cleaned, flooded with natural light coming through the large windows and equipped with all the modern amenities. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 additional toilets, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and 2 terraces. There is plenty of space to accommodate up to 6 guests. LIVING ROOM, DINING & KITCHEN: The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 coffee tables, a wall cabinet, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for up to 6 guests. The separate kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, induction stove, kettle, and dishwasher. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The flat has 3 bedrooms—each furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.6x2m) and a large wardrobe for your belongings. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, and the other has a shower. The house also has 2 additional toilets. OUTDOOR AREAS: There are 2 terraces on the ground floor of the house and a small balcony on the first floor. Laundry and Extra Appliances The property is also equipped with a washing machine, drying machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. This home is managed by (hidden). Late Check-in Fees (Due in cash upon arrival) 10 PM to 12 AM: 30€ 12 AM to 2 AM: 40€ After 2 AM: 50€ Other things to note *Please note that the room on the first floor next to the bathroom and the kitchen pantry are closed and off-limits for guests. **Please note that guests are obligated to pay a city tax due to local government law. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee. License number Exempt (hidden) wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: – Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets – Dispose of rubbish appropriately. – Keep the property clean and tidy. – Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected. – Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building. – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
