My elegant loft is located in Monteverde, very close to tram 8 direct to the historic center. It is perfect as a B&B near the San Camillo hospital in Rome. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and made up of elegant colored 30's villas. A short distance away is the large and famous market of San Giovanni di Dio. I have equipped the house with all the comforts: air conditioning to cool you down, WiFi to stay connected, and a giant TV to relax in the evening! You will find linens and essentials! The apartment is 50sqm. There is a large double bed, a small and bright kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a balcony. It is renovated and tastefully decorated (I hope: D!). The house is equipped with a giant TV, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and heating. In the neighborhood, you will find many supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and delicious ice cream parlors! At home, you will find basic household products (soaps, detergents, salt, oil), sheets, and towels. ATTENTION: - Physical check-ins after 9.00 pm are possible with an additional price of 25 euros to be paid locally to the person waiting for you for the keys during the night, or contact me to organize self-check-in with a code, it's easy and free! - It is possible to check in early but it depends on the previous booking to yours, so I will be able to say yes or no only a few days before arrival. In any case, you can drop off your suitcases at 11:30 am. Then you will have to leave the property while my staff finishes preparing the house for you and you can return at check-in time to take possession of it (15:00). - I can organize a transfer from the airport for € 50 if it suits you;) - My apartment is in order and it is important for me to respect all the regulations; for this I will need to register the data of your documents with the police head(hidden) and we will have to sign a regular short rental contract, as required by law.
