Description

We Jacques and Annick are renting this bright, spacious and fully equipped duplex on the 3rd floor of an apartment. Only for short term it’s a sublet of the apart of my brother married and sharing his time between Brussels and Thailand .and therefore it’s only free for short terms when he leaves It s free from April 1st or before the 15 of April until max 20/22 of August because my brother arrives from 25 on August until 25 of September and than it's again free (my brother comes back for 1 month with his wife for some administratives procedures. The duplex is located in Rue Vautier. All of you welcome here :) You will enjoy this place with great features. I made some new settings on the mezzanine to give more space I removed the white tv furniture and placed the tv a bit higher on the cheminée to give more space. The shower and Wc and lavabo are Just newly made before the summer. Terrasse was created la a few years ago - View overlooking EP and inside the garden. More Features: -Wifi Tv -Washing machine and dryer -sofa bed / banquette white Ikea in the dining room ( under the window ) -another sofa in the living room Don't hesitate to text me here for more information :)...
