My name is Raquel and I live with my teenage son in a house in Rivas Centro. We have some empty rooms and would like to share them with a student willing to live in a dynamic, responsible, and young environment. We have two dogs, so the ideal person should be pet friendly and enjoy being around them. I offer to share my house with you, being one more of the family. The house is quite big, has 3 bathrooms, garden and its located within the best area of Rivas with 100 meters to grocery store, line 331 bus (30 mins to Madrid and 10 minutes to Rivas Futura metro, line 9 and Renfe train)....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
