Rent ONLY GIRL AND FOR 1 PERSON ONLY, also for 1 year, very comfortable room in MILANO, Viale Gian Galeazzo, at 4 minutes walk from Bocconi and 10 minutes walk from Duomo. Near to universities Cattolica, Domus, Naba, IED, Iulm, Marangoni, Università degli Studi. The flat is very elegant, big (350 mq) and is located in a beautiful ancient building with elevator and custodian all day long. I owns the flat and I live there. I don t rent the entire flat but just this room (quite separated from the rest of the house) with private bathroom inside the room and use of kitchen, provided with everything. The room is furnished with a queen size bed (120cm ), a big wardrobe, desk, shelves, carpet and is provided with washing machine, air conditioning, fast internet wifi without limits, big balcony. Rent is € 1000 monthly, all bills included. The security deposit amounts to €3,000, equivalent to three months' rent. This amount will be deducted to cover the rent for the last three months. Comodo anche per studenti Marangoni, IED, Domus, Naba, Iulm e Cattolica. L'area è servita da numerosi mezzi pubblici (tram n. 15, 9, 3, 10, bus n. 65, 77, 94, ecc.) e metro linea verde (P.ta Genova). L'appartamento, elegante e di grandi dimensioni (350mq) è di mia proprietà ed è abitato da me. Non affitto l’intero appartamento ma solo questa stanza col suo bagno privato all interno e l uso della cucina. Comodissimo per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città perché servito da tutti i mezzi di trasporto. La CAMERA è completa di tutto: armadio grande a parete con cassetti, comoda scrivania, vari ripiani, tappeto, letto a 1 piazza e mezzo (cm. 120) aria condizionata, WI-FI, attacco tv ed è dotata di grande balcone. Il BAGNO PRIVATO interno alla camera è ad uso esclusivo ed è dotato di doccia, due lavandini, mensole, armadio e lavatrice. € 1000 mensili. Tutte LE SPESE (condominiali, wifi, bollette, ecc.) sono incluse. Il deposito cauzionale ammonta a €3.000 euro, pari al prezzo della locazione di tre mesi.
