Gezellig Schoon rustig Studenten huis dicht bij de scholen en de binnenstad er wonen studenten , het betreft een kleine kamer een huis om je studie fijn door te komen Lieve kamerzoekende meiden 🧚♀️ internationals, ook welkom de kamer is gemeubileerd Studeer jij in Tilburg en ben je op zoek naar een kamer? In ons gezellige studentenhuis aan de Groenstraat komt er vanaf half april een kamer vrij! 🤩 We zijn een echt gezellig rustig huis met in totaal 9 bewoners. De kamer die vrijkomt is ±6m2, bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping, en heeft een eigen wastafel. De kamer zal rond de €340,- p/m zijn incl. g/w/l en WiFi. 🏡 We delen samen de (leef)keuken en badkamer en hebben een eigen wasmachine, droger en afwasmachine! Super handig natuurlijk 🤝. Verder hebben wij een achtertuin met BBQ en is er ruimte voor je fiets in onze fietsenstalling. We vinden het leuk om samen te kletsen, eten 🥘, huisavondjes te organiseren of te sporten. Moet je studeren of wil je even wat rust dan kun je jezelf natuurlijk even terug trekken om je eigen ding te doen! Wij zoeken iemand in een beetje dezelfde levensfase als wij (einde studie). Ons huis ligt op een ideale locatie vlakbij het station, wat betekent dat de stad een paar minuten fietsen is, je binnen 5 minuten met de fiets op de Fontys bent en binnen 15 minuten op de uni. Ook zijn er 2 supermarkten op loopafstand! Lijkt het je leuk om bij ons te komen wonen?
