Cozy furnished room with a twin bed, desk, drawer, and closet. Room is entitled to a kitchen, bathroom, and living room that are shared. There is also a shared balcony. Perfect for someone looking for a quiet family environment. My husband and I live here with our son who is a 23 year old student here in Barcelona. There are two cats in the apartment so keep in mind if you have any allergies! -Peaceful Family environment/ No parties or loud noises allowed -No visits allowed to stay the night / Visits are allowed to come for the day. -Please let me know your check-in time so I can be prepared to let you in -Deposit= 1 month rent (To be paid upon arrival) (cash or bank transfer) If interested, send me a message saying what you will be doing in Barcelona and a little about yourself! Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
