The house is located in Waldperlach (residential neighborhod) in southest of Munich nearby Neubiberg and Ottobrum. Although it seems to be far way from the city center, the house has a bus stop in the door and the Bus 55 come every 5 or 10 minutes during working day depending on the time of the day. It make the connection with U-Bahn (U5) quise easy and quick. There are restaurants, supermaket, backery and drugstore in a walking distance (average 400 meters). There are two squares and a mid size florest nearby, where you can walk, run or biking every day. From August onwards there will be 4 sleeping rooms available for this WG. One is occupied by my son (in (hidden)ment with a private bathroom) who is in an university and is 23 years old, a second room (for single only) is already reserved and will be occupied by my son friend who is also in the university and is 23 years old. A third room is occupied by a Italian professional of 31 years old. The remaining room available is as follow: room 4: share the bathroom with the friend of my son, has a big wardrobe, a double bed and ideally accomodate one single person. (under consulting and further agreement we can consider a couple without child). The house still have a kitchen, a living room and a laundry fully equipped and a small garten with space for barbecue...
