Hallo! We are renting out a room in a beautiful shared apartment in Wiener Gasse, 1210 Wien. The flat is well connected by public transport. Bus, Tramway and S-trains are easily reachable. There are supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants nearby in Pragerstrasse. In total there are 4 bedrooms. All rooms are furnished and the flat is fully equipped (washingmachine, WIFI, kitchen). I need to ask for a 2 month deposit, which you will get back in the end if everything is fine. No pets. No Smoking Please note: Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February. The rental contract will be limited to three years, but a cancellation for your desired booking period will have to be signed together with the contract during the booking process. If you wish to move out earlier a two-months cancellation period applies and the move-out months need to be considered. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
