Building with elevator and doorman, located 80 m from Rambla Catalunya, next to all services and public transport, it has a privileged location. The apartment is fully equipped, with sheets, towels, kitchen equipment with coffee maker, toaster, oven, plates, glasses,... Included in the price is a weekly cleaning of the house and change of sheets and towels every 15 days. Water and electricity supplies are included up to €50/month, internet is also included and satellite television channels RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday.
