The main suite features a comfortable double bed and a private balcony for morning coffee or quiet moments. The second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests. → Bathroom With two bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The main bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, while the second has a walk-in shower and a washing machine—ideal for longer stays or family needs. → Living Room The bright and welcoming living room offers two single sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to a spacious balcony. Enjoy meals together in the outdoor dining area with tranquil views of the condominium’s garden—a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. → Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for family meals: a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker (please note coffee is not provided). Preparing snacks or full meals is a breeze here! → Pool The condominium boasts a large outdoor pool for adults and a separate, secure pool for children, making it ideal for families. The pools are open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, ensuring plenty of time for fun in the sun. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
