In our great flat share two rooms become free and now we are looking for you. :) Floor plan of room no. 3 The room is currently furnished, but can also be rented unfurnished. The kitchen, equipped with electrical appliances (including a dishwasher), offers plenty of storage space and is located on the ground floor. There is a common room next to the kitchen. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor and another bathroom on the first floor. The garden area is once around the house. The cellar is quite spacious if you want to store some things. The service charges include everything except the good old GEZ (because it is person-related). So all these items are included and you don't have to worry about them: - electricity - water - sewage - rubbish - caretaker service - heating system Location The house is located in Sindelfingen, district Schleicher. It is 600m to the next REWE or 850m to Lidl. Many other shopping possibilities (Sterncenter) are in the centre. The nearest bus stop is within easy reach. From here, the "722" will take you directly to the city centre or to Sindelfingen train station. If you prefer to walk, it takes about 10 minutes to the city centre and 19 minutes to the train station. Take the S60 to Böblingen or Stuttgart main station. The easiest way to get an idea of how to get there is to use Google Maps and check your usual routes. Simply enter Eichholzstraße 10, Sindelfingen. Shared flat life We are looking for a flatmate for the vacant room. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us and of course there is a cleaning schedule in the shared flat. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
