Das 36 m2 große, vollständig möblierte Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in zentraler Lage, maximal 5 Gehminuten vom Chlodwigplatz entfernt. In dem Apartment befindet sich eine hochwertige Küche, die speziell für den Grundriss des Apartments angefertigt wurde. Sie enthält Kühlschrank, Einbauherd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle sowie eine Waschmaschine. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum besteht aus handverlegtem massivem 14mm Eichenparkett. Die Trennung zur Küche wurde durch ein von beiden Seiten zu nutzendes Regal erreicht, was gleichzeitig sehr viel Platz bietet. Zum Schlafen wurde eine feste Hochetage in das Apartment eingebaut. Dadurch konnte darunter Platz für eine Couch gewonnen werden. Es gibt einen großen Einbaukleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum. Das Bad hat ein Fenster. Es besteht ein direkter Zugang aus dem Apartment zum Innenhof als Mitbenutzung. Im Innenhof stellen andere Hausbewohner ebenfalls ihre Fahrräder ab. Zudem gibt es noch einen trockenen, abgeschlossenen Kellerraum. In den Nebenkosten ist bereits alles enthalten wie die Heizkosten, Müllabfuhr, Wasser, Kanalgebühren, Strom und Internet. Die Metzer Straße ist eine ruhige Straße im Zentrum der Südstadt zwischen Chlodwigplatz und Volksgarten. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Severinstraße, Bonner Straße, die Ringe, Merowinger Straße) sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar.
