My daughter and I are renting a room in our 95m2 cozy and fully furnished maisonette-garden-apartment in the 16th district of the beautiful Ottakring. The ground floor has a living room, eat-in kitchen, anteroom, toilet and a garden with terrace. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, storage room and a bathroom including a toilet and washing machine. Your room is about 12m2, furnished and has three windows. Internet WLAN is also available for you and is already included in the price with electricity and water. Smoking and pets are not welcome! The transport connection is very good. There are public transport nearby, such as trams 2, 9, 44, buses 10A, U3. There are good shopping opportunities such as the well-known Brunnenmarkt, Billa, Lidl, Interspar, Spar, Bakeries, Mömax, Ottakringer Shop and the famous Manner chocolate shop as well as good restaurants and "Heurigen" places. You can be in the city center and the University of Vienna in about 10 minutes. Steinhof, Neuwaldegg and the Wilhelminen mountain invite you to take leisurely walks or jogging tours. We like to cook, travel a lot and to do sports (tennis, jogging, swimming, cycling). We are very communicative, open, easy to get along with, sociable and cultural. We value careness and cleanliness. You are welcome to rent your room for a certain period of time or by the day. You can visit the apartment and your room at any time.
