The price includes: water, community, internet 24h without limits. The electricity and the gas is separate is divided between the people who live. It is fully furnished, very well connected to the university, city center and beach by train. The area has many shops and supermarkets. New bathroom and kitchen. 15 minutes from the main avenue, bus stop number 11 that takes you to Spanish courses on the stick. No pets. For Spanish students, good communication with El Palo.
