The apartment has in total, 3 bathrooms and a laundry. The open plan living room includes the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen which opens to the private 70sqm garden terrace which is the absolute highlight of the apartment. Enjoy a drink in the evening gazing at the stars or the morning sun with breakfast. The apartment is found within the inside secure courtyard of the complex, a peaceful location which looks out to manicured small gardens, cherry trees and a sandpit for all the children of the house to use. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and Bornholmer Sbahn station which gets you into the city centre of Friedrichstrasse in 12 minutes, a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and a short walk to Arnimplatz with a large playground and a buzz of eateries and cafes. If you can provide a copy of your Schufa, please send it through. Once we are satisfied with your information we will send you confimation through the housing anywhere website, you are then required to pay the first months rent and then , separately pay the security bond into our bank account.
