The room is furnished with the following furnishings: bed with duvet and cushions, curtain rod and curtains, bedside lamps, 1 armchair, 1 desk, 1 wardrobe and shelf. The equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and storage room are shared with the flatmates. FURNISHING Bathroom with window, bathtub, guest toilet, gas, tiles, laminate, fitted kitchen LOCATION The apartment is located on Weisselgasse just a few minutes from Floridsdorf train station. As a result, the apartment is ideally connected to the infrastructure, with all the shopping facilities you could wish for and the accessibility of the subway, tram and S-Bahn in a few minutes. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet because it is on the top floor and Weisselgasse is a one-way street and therefore has little traffic. Please note: Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February. The rental contract will be limited to three years, but a cancellation for your desired booking period will have to be signed together with the contract during the booking process.
