Description

1.2m bed in fifth floor apartment with lift. Trams D, 5 and (hidden phone number)m away, U4 underground 4 minutes walk and the Franz Joseph train station in Julius Tandler Platz around the corner. Shops, bars and restaurants to suit all needs and tastes in the immediate vicinity, with many shops and a supermarket open on Sundays. The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and we never had a problem. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agents' fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people living there. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN! Deposit money €1500,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.) Deposit is paid back after check-out. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
