University Vienna is 15 mins by tram. Situated opposite Liechtenstein Park, with beautiful views over the Palace and gardens. Deposit is refundable. The place is exactly like in the fotos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people coming in. Due to past experiences with bank transfers rent and deposits are only payable in cash which is non-negotiable please take this into account before applying. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN: Deposit money €1500,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.), monthly rent in cash - receipt is provided.
