Description

Lovely room to let in 3-bedroom flat-share, suitable for student. Windows are fully fitted with exterior blackout blinds and fly screens. Ideal location, close to shops and transport. University Vienna is 15 mins by tram. Situated opposite Liechtenstein Park, with beautiful views over the Palace and gardens. Deposit is refundable. The place is exactly like in the fotos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people coming in. Due to past experiences with bank transfers rent and deposits are only payable in cash which is non-negotiable please take this into account before applying. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN: Deposit money €1500,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.), monthly rent in cash - receipt is provided. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
Less than 7 days away – No refund

The Tenant Protection fee is non-refundable.
