Description

Room to rent in 3-bedroom flatshare, suitable for student. Windows are fully fitted with exterior blackout blinds and fly screens. Ideal location, close to shops and transport. University is 10 mins by tram. Situated opposite Liechtenstein Park, with beautiful views over the Palace and gardens. it is open to the public:) Deposit is refundable. The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and there were never any problems. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people who live there. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN! Deposit money €1000,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.) please, which is returned to you after check-out. Please also pay your monthly rent in cash - receipt is provided of course. So if you are interested, you can send me a message with a short description of you and/or directly a booking request! How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
