Si trova al piano terra rialzato e per accedervi è sufficiente superare sette gradini, una volta arrivati al pianerottolo, entrando sulla sinistra è presente un mobiletto a muro per riporre i cappotti e frontalmente un bagno completo di vasca, lavandino, bidet, water, pensili per riporre le asciugamani e gli indumenti ed inoltre una lavatrice. All’interno della casa è presente una cucina nuova, un forno, frigorifero, freezer, macchina del caffè, tavolo, sedie, divano letto, smart tv, connessione ad internet wi-fi ed ethernet.
