Feeling sincerely Saharan, this 76 square meter home is a showstopper. Resting in the heart of Barcelona’s beloved Eixample Dreta neighborhood, guests are sure to fall in love. This area is ripe with trendy eateries blended with historic, uniform architecture. Step inside to discover a continuation of Catalonian classics in this two-bedroom, one-bath beauty. From the entrance, guests will discover a radiance of earthy hues and desert-like textures. The home opens up to the naturally lit living room with a one-of-a-kind architectonic niche at the far wall. To the left of the living area, guests will find a cozy, four-person dining set. Continue down the hall to discover modern kitchen concepts to the right of the space with a functional breakfast nook to the left with seating for two. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. Past the kitchen space, guests will find a dedicated workstation to the right and the first bedroom, behind a modern all-glass wall to the left. Here, a cozy daybed laden with traditional textiles occupies the far wall. The next door on the left leads to the detached bathroom. Hive patterned slate covers the floor while subway tile lines the walls and into the walk-in shower to create a unique concept. Built-in storage sits across the hall. The space concludes with the final bedroom at the end of the hall. The theme of this space is textured. With an exposed brick wall and a wave wooden-carved headboard behind the queen-sized bed, the space feels ultimately dimensional. The far wall of the bedroom is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows. If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:
Use the ‘Message landlord’ button to start a secure conversation on our platform. You can ask questions, discuss terms, and safely exchange documents.
Keeping your conversation on HousingAnywhere protects your privacy and helps you avoid scams. All your messages are also saved in one place for easy access and as a record of your agreements.
Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
