It is a comfortable flat of about 50 square meters very well distributed. It is located in the upper area of Barcelona, a residential neighbourhood par excellence. Upon entering you will find a nice living-dining room with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as fridge, oven, ceramic hob and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom with shower. The flat has air conditioning and heating by split heating or cold. The flat is located in a residential area in the heart of the Putxet neighbourhood, in the district of Sarrià Sant Gervasi. Nearby you will find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, restaurants, schools and hospitals. In addition, the flat is located just a few steps away from the beautiful Turó del Putxet gardens, ideal for walks with the family or to practice sports.
